How do I use CalMax?

CalMax powder is easy and convenient. You can make a warm, tasty drink the classic way by adding a heaping spoonful of the powder to a cup and filling it half way with boiling water. As CalMax dissolves, the vitamin C will become effervescent and begin to "fizz." Stir until the fizzing stops and the liquid becomes clear. Fill cup to top with cold water. For variety, try dropping in a caffeine-free tea bag or substitute cold water with unsweetened fruit juice. CalMax can be taken between 1-3 times daily, depending on individual needs.

Can I drink CalMax cold?

Some customers report no decrease in benefits when using cold water to prepare CalMax. However, for maximum absorption, we recommend first preparing CalMax with boiling water.
