We aim to make your shopping easy, convenient and safe. There are several ways you can purchase products with us.

By web: Ordering online is available 24 hours a day and is the fastest way to have our products shipped to you. With our easy to follow checkout process, you can enter your credit card directly into this site's secure server which will encrypt your information.

By phone: Call in to our order center at 1-800-892-4963. This number is for orders only so please refer to the customer service information below for additional questions or concerns.

By mail: If you prefer,you may also send in a check or money order. Simply add the products that you want into your shopping cart. Before checking out, click on View Cart Details under the Shopping Cart on the right hand side navigation bar. Print out the page that appears titled "Your Shopping Cart" with the Cart Subtotal. Double check to make sure all of your quantities are correct. Add the appropriate shipping charge (see Shipping Details below), then include that print-out with your check or money order and mail it to the following address:

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item, for any reason, for a full product refund (less s/h). This refund will reflect the full product price, not including any shipping costs.

RETURNS AFTER THE MANUFACTURER's 30-DAY GUARANTEE ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING: A return of unopened product received beyond the manufacturer's guarantee (not to exceed two months) will receive a Merchandise Credit. The Merchandise Credit can be used towards any quality health supplement, video, DVD, Audio Tapes or book from our latest Dr. Newton's catalog.
