1) What information does OpAmerica collect from you?

In order to better provide you with numerous products and services, OpAmerica collects two types of information about its visitors: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Ordering When you order from us, we collect personally identifiable information from you. If you order one of our products or services, we will collect and maintain your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information, order number, referring URL, IP address, page you bought from and a password. We collect this, and other information, as disclosed in this Policy, in order to fill your order, to communicate with you about your order and to send you promotional materials. Content Servers: Our servers are the only servers that collect information. No third party services are used in collecting information.

Website Analysis Agent: We use third party software tools to collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information on an aggregated basis so that we can improve the marketing and layout of our site. They may use cookies to perform their service.

4) With whom do we share your information?

Fulfillment: The information collected by OpAmerica is used for processing orders, keeping you informed about your order status, for statistical purposes, for improving our site and its performance, to serve ads, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. We will disclose your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties to charge your credit card, fill your order, deliver your order, provide customer service, provide you with credit and deliver promotional e-mails to you from OpAmerica. Also, as a security measure we "back up" the data stored on our systems, and such prior information cannot be completely removed from our databases. As a result, you should not expect that all of your Personally Identifiable Information will be completely removed from our backed-up databases.

At OpAmerica we believe you should feel comfortable with your online purchases and confident that your information is secure. We use an "https" (SSL - Secure Socket Layer) security protocol on all order information pages. This process encrypts all personal and order data so that you (the customer) can send OpAmerica (the server) all of this information securly over the internet, without the possibility of it being stolen, lost or manipulated. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the leading security protocol on the Internet. Developed by Netscape, SSL is widely used to do two things: to validate the identity of a Web site and to create an encrypted connection for sending credit card and other personal data. Look for a locked, padlock icon at the bottom of your browser or the website address starting with "https" when you order merchandise on the Web. If the lock is closed or the web address starts with "https", you are on a secure SSL or TLS connection and you can have the confidence that your information is safe and secure.

7) OpAmerica's use of "cookies".

OpAmerica Cookies: When you use our site we will store cookies on your computer in order to facilitate and customize your use of our site.
